I ordered 3 of these beds to replace 3 identical Soft Touch beds by JLA Pets that were several years old. One of them came out of the wash after one laundering with a 2-inch rip in the seam, and I feel the overall quality of the fabric and workmanship to be very inferior to that of the old Soft Touch Rectangular Pet Cuddlers. The overall bed is very flimsy when compared to the old ones, too. This manufacturer has cheapened the quality of their beds significantly in the 3 years since I bought the old ones. I will not buy beds from this company ever again.
