I purchased a Queen Set and when I got them, I put them on the bed but the fitted sheet was 6" wider than my standard queen size mattress. I sent an email to the company the next day (3/2/13) but did not receive a reply. Yesterday, I called the company to see if they received my email. The girl I talked with said they had received my email and it showed that someone had worked it but she did not know what had been done. She asked me to take a picture of the sheets and email the picture to her, which I did today. She called me back and said my bed looked like a twin bed. She told me that if I wanted to return the sheets, she would issue a prepaid label for $14.32 and when then got the sheets back, they would measure it and if the size agreed with their website, I would be charged for the return shipping! I do not recommend these sheets or this company.
