I ordered two comforters, the first one was barely acceptable, stuffed in a box with two shams thrown in. I am dissapointed and sorry to say that once I opened the second comforter it looked very sad. My first thought was, isn't there a plastic covering with a label of some sort? This may have been a return and resold?? The entire comforter is incredibly wrinkled. Yes, it could go into a dryer and fluffed up, but that is not the point. I should not have to do so. Did it sit on a shelf or a bin mashed in with other blankets? I do not like the red / orange color it does not look like Rose, as advertized, online. I would like an exchange for other comforters of my choosing at a similar price or refunds. I spent weeks looking for comforters that would match the decor.I was excited to find these...only to then see this mess. This will not encourage me to order again. used the 30% off coupon of an item that was already on clearance. Great purchase for the amount I paid. If I could have figured out how to get free shipping I would have been even happier.
