I have not received this item yet but I emailed and called 8 times no returned call or emails before I finally located a local number through the better business bureau. I mistakenly selected Cal King when I needed a regular King the item has not even left the warehouse yet and I called with plenty of time to correct the situation but when I finally got a live person on the phone I was told too late oh well. I can buy another one and return the wrong one at my expense, sorry not an option. I was told 5-7 business days until I receive my credit but upon reading the FAQ section it could take up to 30 days??? BEWARE this company has NO regards to customer service what so ever I will be making a formal complaint against them.

I found this set on a one day sale. Purchased because of the price and style. It arrived in Honolulu within a week! Very fast. The quality is nice. The weight is light. The finishing isn't perfect, but for the price its fantastic. I will purchase from Designer Living again for sure.
