Better than expected
I purchased the duvet cover online,based on description and size. A few days later it arrived at the house. I unpacked it and was surprised by the quality.... Better than I expected. The size was a perfect fit.

Not as expected
Satin material not expected, brown lighter than in photograph. Overall did not meet expectations. Be very sure before purchasing items, especially clearance items, because clearance items are not refundable. READ all policies prior to finalizing purchase, especially clearance items. Additionally, return shipping is customer incurred cost. Order online often from a variety of companies and rarely am required to pay return shipping and have never received such questionable customer service.
